What devices do you repair?

We work on phones, game consoles, laptops, computers, tablets, charging ports, HDMI ports, and motherboard-level electronics. We do not repair TVs, speakers, or amplifiers.

Do I need an appointment?

No appointment is required for in-store service. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours at 4673-B Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79903.

How long does a repair usually take?

Many common repairs can be same day, while board-level or special-order part repairs may take longer. We explain realistic turnaround after inspection.

Do you repair PS5, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch?

Yes. We commonly inspect HDMI issues, charging problems, overheating, storage issues, no power faults, and board-level console damage.

Do you repair iPhones and Samsung phones?

Yes. We work on many common phone repairs such as screens, batteries, charging ports, diagnostics, and some motherboard-level issues depending on the device condition.

Do you repair MacBooks and Windows laptops?

Yes. We inspect laptop power issues, screens, batteries, keyboards, charging problems, storage issues, and certain board-level faults.

Do your repairs include warranty?

Yes. We offer a 30-day warranty on the same repaired issue. Physical damage, liquid damage, customer-supplied parts, and unrelated new failures are not covered.

Can you help businesses or repair shops?

Yes. EP Electrocenter offers business repair support for repair shops, resellers, schools, and local organizations that need bulk or board-level repair help.
